Happy Yoga Newcastle offers fun, stress relieving classes that are specifically designed to help get you fit, flexible and happy!
There are a range of classes suitable for all abilities. Unfit, un-bendy beginners are particularly welcome.
The Happy Yoga Newcastle philosophy is that exercise and yoga should be as enjoyable as possible, so that you can welcome it into your everyday life with joy and with ease.
At Happy Yoga Newcastle, Yoga isn’t about being able to touch your toes; instead it’s all about how good you feel, on the way down.
Whether you are pregnant, a Mam looking to unwind, a complete Yoga novice, or even a runner or cyclist looking to loosen up those hamstrings, you will find classes specifically designed to help you.
All classes are held in The Happy Yoga Newcastle Studio, 15 Carliol Square Lower Ground Floor British India House, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6UF which is in the city centre which easily accesible by public transport but also have plenty of parking just outside which is free after 6.30pm (Manors Car park is a 30 second walk away and that is free after 5pm).
